The Blue Angelfish, also known as the Common Angelfish, is a popular species of marine angelfish. As its name suggests, it is primarily blue in coloration, with darker blue or black accents on the edges of its fins and around its eyes. They can grow up to 15 inches in length and are typically found in rocky or coral reef environments in the Western Atlantic Ocean, from Florida to Brazil. Blue Angelfish are omnivorous, feeding on a variety of algae, invertebrates, and small fishes. They are a popular aquarium fish, but require a large tank and can be aggressive towards other fish in the tank.
