The Fine Spotted Fairy Wrasse, also known as the Carpenter’s Wrasse or Yellow-brown Wrasse, is a small, colorful marine fish found in the Indo-Pacific region. It has a bright yellow-green body with black spots along the sides and a dark stripe running across the eye. Males have a distinctive blue stripe on the dorsal fin, while females have a pinkish stripe. This species is relatively hardy and easy to care for in a well-maintained aquarium. It prefers a peaceful community tank with plenty of hiding places and open swimming areas. The Fine Spotted Fairy Wrasse is a carnivore and will feed on small crustaceans and worms in the wild, so a varied diet of frozen or live foods is recommended in captivity. It is also important to provide clean water and stable water parameters to ensure the health and well-being of this fish.
