The Red Sea Bannerfish, also known as the Schooling Bannerfish or False Moorish Idol, is a popular saltwater aquarium fish. It has a striking appearance, with a black and white striped body and a long, flowing dorsal fin that is yellow in color. This species is known to be peaceful and can be kept with other non-aggressive fish in a tank of at least 75 gallons. The Red Sea Bannerfish is native to the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean, and feeds mainly on zooplankton and algae. It can grow up to 8 inches (20 cm) in length and requires a varied diet in captivity.
