The Pinkface Wrasse, also known as the Pinkface or Fivebar Wrasse, is a colorful and active fish that can add a lot of personality to a saltwater aquarium. It has a distinctive appearance, with a bright pink head, a yellow-green body, and five horizontal stripes that run across its body. The Pinkface Wrasse is native to the Indo-Pacific region and can grow up to 5 inches in length. It is a hardy fish that can adapt to a wide range of water conditions and is generally peaceful with other tank mates, although it may become aggressive towards other wrasses or similarly shaped fish. In the wild, the Pinkface Wrasse feeds on a variety of small invertebrates, including crustaceans and worms. In the aquarium, it will do well with a varied diet that includes frozen or live foods such as brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, and chopped seafood. It may also accept high-quality marine pellets or flakes.
